All customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, we will proceed with your exchange.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date to receive an exchange, GFTD LA does not offer refunds.
Merchandise cannot be exchanged after 14 days of received date.
Merchandise must be Unworn, Unused, Unwashed in Original Garment Bag with tags attached
Sale items are final sale. No exchanges.
Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable on refused/return packages.
If the order being returned took advantage of a promotion, i.e. free shipping, Customer will need to pay return shipping fee.
Discounted merchandise is final sale.
Orders that used a promotional codes given out by our newsletter emailing services are considered to be sale items since it is using a code for a discounted price. These orders and items purchased in these orders are non-returnable.

Once a package leaves GFTD LA’s warehouse we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. A claim will have to be opened by the buyer with the shipping company. No refunds or replacements will be sent out until further hearing from the shipping company.
