Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations. GTFD LA reserves the right to refuse any return at any time.

Items can be exchanged for store credit within 14 business days.  Must be unworn, tags attached and in original packaging. 

Sale items are final sale. No exchanges. 

Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable on refused/return packages.

 

Product Arrived Damaged? 

We apologise that you received a damaged item. Please complete the contact us form and include a photo of your damaged item within 48 hours of receiving your product. Our customer service team will review it and get back to you.
